I love no- bake and energy bites. They are easy and quick to make and extremely convenient to take with me around campus!

Ingredients:
- 1 C oats
- ½ C peanut butter
- ¼ C honey
- ½ C shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1 T flax seeds
- 1 t vanilla
Instructions:
Again super easy, all you have to do is mix all ingredients together*, roll into balls about 1 tablespoon, and let set in the fridge or freezer!
Store in the fridge.
*I also usually melt my peanut butter before adding to make it mix better!
